Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related fields. Degree required.

• Experience in the agricultural sector: Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar position.

• Communication skills: Communication is key in our work. We need someone who is comfortable interacting with farmers, distributors, and business partners.

• Administrative skills: Will prepare results reports with details of progress according to plot plans, expense checks, etc.

• Intermediate English

• Availability to travel, Bajío area.

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive on highways.

What will you do in this role?

As a Technical Promoter, your main responsibility will be to monitor the commercial activity in the Bajío area and promote the seed varieties in the market with which our client participates.

Here are some of the tasks you will perform:

• Crop performance evaluation: You will be responsible for closely monitoring crops at different reproductive stages. Your critical eye and experience will be vital in identifying business opportunities.

• Prepare technical reports: You will document your observations and results to create technical reports that will help optimize crop performance. Clarity and accuracy in your reports will be key to developing new strategies.

• Participation in local trade shows: You will have the opportunity to represent them at various exhibitions and events related to the agricultural sector. Your charisma and communication skills will make their products stand out from the competition.

• Key Account and Distributor Management: You will get to know and manage key accounts, establishing strong relationships that foster loyalty and trust.
